We have made this decision because refunding large payments may jeopardise our standing with payment providers like Stripe and PayPal. In addition, PayPal retains 25% of all payments for six months, which further impacts our cash flow. We ask that you only proceed with your order if you are completely sure about your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you may return the item for a full refund less 10% of the total product price plus shipping costs.

Note #5: For Hawaii & Alaska customers: The sea-freight charges only cover the shipment fees from our factory to the Port of Los Angeles. You will be quoted separately for shipping charges to your final address in Hawaii or Alaska.
