Note #1: Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for this pre-order. We have made this decision because refunding large payments may jeopardise our standing with payment providers like Stripe and PayPal. In addition, PayPal retains 25% of all payments for six months, which further impacts our cash flow. We ask that you only proceed with your order if you are completely sure about your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you may return the item for a full refund less 10% of the total product price plus shipping costs.

Note #2: To provide you with the most cost-effective and efficient shipping options, all courier & sea freight orders are shipped in batches. This approach helps us reduce trucking and export processing costs, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.

Note #3: U.S., Europe & U.K. orders will be delivered via sea freight & last mile courier. Sea freight rates have been finalized and are available.

Note #4: For U.S. customers: The quoted sea-freight charges already includes the blended-rate tariff as computed by our shipper. However, this tariff may be increased by the authorities without notice; any upward revision will be passed through to you, and FliteSim.com cannot be held liable for the difference.

Note #5: For Hawaii & Alaska customers: The sea-freight charges only cover the shipment fees from our factory to the Port of Los Angeles. You will be quoted separately for shipping charges to your final address in Hawaii or Alaska.

Note #6: Rest of the World will be delivered by courier. Sea freight is not available for the rest of the World.

  • Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any duties and taxes incurred during the transportation of goods. This includes all costs associated with delivery from the point of dispatch to the final destination, including any fees imposed by customs or tax authorities.

    Modifying an Order

    Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is placed, it is sent to our staff for processing, making modifications difficult. This applies to orders placed during normal business hours, after hours, and on weekends. If you need to update any information, please use the contact page to attempt a modification.

    Cancelling an Order

    Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us with your full name and order ID.

    A 5% fee will apply for order cancellations.

    If you are unsure about any of our products, please contact us or conduct any necessary research to ensure the product meets your needs. There are no exceptions to the minimum 5% fee on cancellations.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and materials intact.

    Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items. For refunds, only the product cost will be reimbursed, less a 10% administrative fee to cover processing expenses. Shipping charges incurred for delivery are non-refundable.
